You can customize the look and feel of your invoices in the Dashboard settings.
- Logo & Color: Matches your brand.
- Footer: Add legal notes or tax IDs.
- Memo: Add specific notes to individual invoices.
Tax Handling
Credibill integrates with global tax engines to automatically calculate VAT, GST, and Sales Tax based on the customer’s address.
- Enable Tax: Turn on automatic tax calculation in settings.
- Collect Address: Ensure you collect the customer’s Billing Address.
- Validation: We validate VAT IDs (e.g., EU VAT) to apply reverse charge mechanisms where applicable.
Invoice Emails
You can choose to have Credibill email invoices to customers automatically.
- On Finalization: Sent when the invoice is ready.
- On Payment Success: Receipt sent after payment.
- On Payment Failure: Dunning email sent.
You can also turn off Credibill emails and use Webhooks (invoice.created) to send your own branded emails.
